WAK – WeAreKitesurfing operates a kitesurfing school located in Limassol, Cyprus.
Our goal is to provide safe, enjoyable, and professional kitesurfing lessons and experiences for all levels of riders.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, by email, by card, or directly at our kitesurfing center.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be completed before your lesson or rental session begins.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT (19%).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by You:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund (minus any processing fees).

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us (Weather or Safety Reasons):

• Kitesurfing depends on weather and wind conditions.

• If we cancel a lesson due to unsuitable conditions, you will be offered a reschedule or credit for future use.

4. Safety and Liability

All participants must follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.
You must be in good physical health and able to swim.
WAK – WeAreKitesurfing is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of property arising from activities unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
We strongly recommend that all participants hold personal travel or sports insurance covering water sports.

5. Equipment Use

Equipment provided (kites, boards, harnesses, wetsuits, etc.) must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.
Any damage due to misuse or negligence may be subject to repair or replacement fees.

6. Photos and Media

During lessons or events, we may take photos or videos for promotional use.
By participating, you grant us permission to use such media on our website or social platforms unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Website Use

Content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and videos, is the property of WAK – WeAreKitesurfing and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our written consent.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is used only to manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with you.
We never sell or share your data with third parties, except when required by law.
